lol, and rockstar leeds is based in... uhh guess. Also GTA: Vice City Stories is coming out in a few months on psp, should be a laugh especially if youve played the original vice city...

Who cares, Vice City stories will probably be rubbish, I'm looking forward to GTA4, hoping it will have the same feel as GTA3, graphics wise, if it had new weapons and more features than SA then I'm happy

It's only coming out on PS3 and X360.
Liberty City Stories wasn't as good because it was made for the PSP. It was only released on PS2 because it was a sure-fire seller and TakeTwo was having financial problems at the time.

The 'Stories' series isn't meant to be huge, they're just mini-games that Rockstar have created to keep players entertained.
I doubt the next GTA game will be named with the number. Also, no way would it take old graphics. As already said, it's going to be making full use of next-gen technology.
