No one can use my wireless connection mine has an automatic key on it I can't take it off, my old one didn't though :p and only one other connection comes up for me occasionally but it is slow so I stick with my homehub, anyway Soph err ring your service provider and Matt you sure hes not on about the Ariel, cus not all routers need to use a USB socket, cus mine don't, only needs to be connected to a phone line and power socket.

Soph, does your wirless have a network key (If it is wireless)?
Haha I do that, except my Mum doesn't have it, so I use theirs all the time :]

... and @ Soph sometimes I just restart my PC and it goes quicker?

I have had wireless problems recently, what with it going slower. But when my wireless gets too slow connect to my next door neigbours router, the gap between my room, and the room in my neighbours house with the router is only a few metres. Oh the joys of wireless internet.
