i just wanna know cuz if fire cape gives more bonus ill raise range before strength and if it dont ill get 99 strength before 80 range cuz im 4 lvls off strength but like the same ammount can get me to 80 range so i just wanna find out which will benefit me more

no i like to plan my time i dont want to get 99 strength just cuz it increases my max by 2 hits when i can get a firecape if its better than 99 strength cape ill still end up getting 99 strength cape but i wanna get the better first
