Oooh I loved doing my Romeo and Juliet coursework. Twas fun x)

Original Writing I got an A*
    Media I got an A-/B+
Drama (Stupid Shirley Valentine) I got an A
Shakespeare I got a C....lets not go there
Just finished my annotating all my anthology in school, which is stupid, cus I liked that. Butenough about me

If you are struggling with Orginal writing, always write about something incredibly mature that your teacher can respect you for and will always mark you up. Such as stories on abuse, self harm, bullying, it always gets good marks. Stuff about what you used to write about in Year 7, like a ghost in the cupboard doesnt go down to well

I did my Original Writing on a girl who was bullied so much she was driven to suicide after self harm, and because it was all silly and it had a moral, it got good marks. I was happy.

So yeah, be mature and don't be afraid to let your mind wonder, and be creative

oh that explains my score on original writing for writing a spin off of Casper the friendly ghost

i'm good at all aspects of english such as writing an essay on inspector calls/anaylsying texts/poems because it's infront of you but i'm useless at descriptions and imaginative writing as i like facts infront of me i don't like writing things from your head

If you're finding it very hard, maybe you should have a conversation with your teacher and obtain some help.

We've just finished the drafts for Shirley Valentine, handed thme in last week. We will get the marks on Monday then we have to do thye neat copy.

At the moment we are writing a film review for Casino Royale =]

I think analysing text is easier I find it really hard to do creative writing but my teacher always says (its kinda obvious) use the five senses things like sight are easy to do but if you add in other things it does make ur riting loadz betta. Also even though it sounds weird loads doesn't have to happen in a story I did this story once and got an E when i made it simpler I got a B. Hope this helps xx
