Only selling it all at once.
And I did a rough estimate, the following figure doesn't count all the teleporters, ducks, mats, photos and some random other stuff, I also rounded down quite a bit. The prices are based on 70 RD per HC, and 50k RS GP per HC;
13.5HC in rares = 675k
8.4HC in seasonals (and sports & rare posters) = 424k
8.7 norms (i only counted stuff like mode bars, hatches, sofas, posters etc, and I could't remember how much rollers were, so I went by 20credits per 5 rollers) = 436k
1535k total, so looking for 1400k-1500k.
