I'm ok at it I suppose, I think most of it is a mind obstacle. If you ignore what your doing and just run it takes the pressure of it more, and you tend to keep going for lower.

Well I havent done it in a while. I hurt my ankle a week before last time I did it, was such a shame to miss out, not! I'd rather play a soccer then run because otherwise I focus on it too much. I think I go in the 5-6's last time Lol!

lol ive never done it. I had a cold when evry1 else did it in PE hehe. I hardly eva did PE neway it sucks. Id rather laze about and do ICT lol.

I've done it at school and then again at college. It isn't nice. I was always OK at it but hated doing it.I usually got to level 10. :rolleyes:
Our gym was quite long when i did it, and i got to 9 i think, but the second time i did it in a larger gym i got to 8.
