Lol maybe it was a one off. Try getting a good nights sleep, take Night Nurse liquid or something. It works with me, I feel better for it in the morning.

Well I Have been taking medicen but it only unblocks it for a short while. Still I keep up he early nights. Thanks.

use vicks vapour rub put a little bit unda ur nose it unblocks ur nose quick n drink lots of hot drinks n ur cold shud go!!

I've got the same problem, my eyes are just constantly watering, and I can't breathe out of my nose. I also get that "Oh god I'm going to sneeze" feeling in my nose, but I don't sneeze. Very annoying >=(
