What he's trying to say is that proalts just rotated the chair in paint, and nothig else.

IMO then it's a 2 minutes job that is badly saved...

Another piece of rubbish...maybe accually try to at least attemp to make an alt rather than open paint selecting the 'Free form select' tool, drawing around your character and rotating it >.> It's rubbish dude, seriously.
