You should beable to do it as long as you take the right inventry + you will never no unless you try...

Also whats your combat
and how come you have left your defence so low?
And last question how do you get mage/range up with out leveling a mele stat when i tryed making a pure i kept geting xp from magin?

Yea u can do it easy..
get 32 agility and use agility pot..
and also with 43 prayer.. u can do almost any quest -.-

k done it and used 12 sharks lol i had red dhide and zammy robe top, wiz boots, glory, obby cape etc.

it was the fire attack first i took it down to like 40 hp with about 7 fire blasts -.- then it went melee =( where it nearly owed me etc.. but i pwned it o.O
