I think if there was one forum for posting pictures, and it was closely moderated with tight rules it'd be successful. As long as you make rules of posting ONLY pictures of yourself, no one else and do NOT include anyone else.

and you agree to abide by the forum rules and that habbox do not take any responsibility for any concequences such as bullying, but it will be dealt with?

The problem there is of course, how do the Moderators know that the person they are posting the picture of is? I personally, would be able to realise that people were posting pictures of others and not themselves - as I have seen a number of people from the forum, other Moderators might not have however.

Well all i do know is it would be a popular forum i think maybe introducing it for people who are over 18 maybe?

Who says they no longer need to obide by the rules? If they were ever allowed back on the fansite list, I don't think having a forum allowing users to post pictures of themselfs when it is clearly against the fansite rules would help.
