The error is, that you haven't setup the SQL properly. You must go into PHPMyAdmin, and run all of the queries in SQL.txt.

Once that is complete, login with the normal DJ account, and THEN go onto add_user.php, create an account and you're good to go.

What web host are you using? If you are using cPanel 10, go to MySQL and scroll down to the bottom of the page were you will find a link to phpMyAdmin. If you still cannot find it, your web host may not offer it to you.

My free web hosting does however, www.giantdevs.com/hosting - if you are considering moving host.
