It's new to UK but it was on Habbo China when it was in BETA. Didn't know what it meant when I was on it but when you clicked one button, the HC wasn't delivered to the hand. When you reloaded Habbo, the notice would pop up again.

When you click OK, does the actualy box appear in your hand or does it unwrap it and give you the straight furni?
