Girlfriend: clothes shop vouchers, if she has a hobby get her something relating to that, jewellery, cds etc.

Brother: anything sport related if he is into that? games, jewellery, gift vouchers , cds etc.

buy your bro some liquor or this is what i did last year for my family i gave them all cards but inside were slips of paper i wrote on them they were redeemable for a shopping spree worth -as much as you willing to spend- dollars redeemable at any time through myself try that u can take them shoping and they can pic out their gifts

For your brother, i'd get him some clothes, if he's into sports or anything, like whatever team he supports, their jersey or something (If you can afford it?)

For your girlfriend, I'd take her out for an expensive dinner the night before Christmas, and then for Christmas i'd give her some jewelry or something fancy like that.

The mall near me you can buy a giftcard that works with every store there. I always get it for girfts and everybody loves it. Check if your local mall has that.
