i would advise you to buy a guide from runescapeguide.com or just use following tips:

1 Cut bannanas in karam ja til you got 1.5k buy as many lobbies raw/cooked as you can

2 go to varrock east bank and sell then for 200-250 ea you make a good 1-2k profit
