There is no fullproof way to prove ift he user is over 18. They can say it but you wouldn't know.

It's sad because millions of people share photo's each day online and it is no different than seeing someone in real life when you walk past them.

i personally dont think the no pictures rule should be in place. if people want to post their picture its their choice. people do it on myspace everyday and anyone can see your deafult picture.

but there isnt much point in arguing about it as chances are it wont be removed. you just have to accept things, its part of life.

Quite frankly it's a stupid rule. I'm 12, quite afew people have seen my picture, am I dead? No....
I think people make TOO big a deal about internet chat rooms, I meet an 11 year old, we write, send emails and phone each other, once again am I dead? No.
    On three,
    we're jumping from this ledge,
    this build's tall,
I'm sure we'll wake up dead

    But I still love her..

Okay I see your point BUT what would happen if a member of our forum did
get murdered because they had been traced from here? People think it would never happen but things like this happen everyday in the world. Its not a rule just for the sake of it but for the safety of the members. My own view is that its best left alone and people are free to post their pictures on more liberal sites that are mostly for older teens.

Its the not the hair that was the problem it was people taking advantage
of the relaxed rule and posting images whereby they could be identified.
    Thx

i don't get it either :/ because if we can post URLs to our myspaces and stuff isn't that basically telling people what we look like? and if we really want them to see us we could just tell them to add us on msn or something.. this is why so many people make all these habbofaces sites and get them deleted, because they can't post their pics anywhere else
