Please DO show me where it says in the Habbo Way or terms & conditions to not trade/give furniture to sulake staff or members part of the moderation team.

If a Moderator banned for someone that isn't in the terms & conditions then that can cost them their job. When people are asked to accept the terms & conditions when making their Habbo's they're also asked to oblige to the Habbo Way, obviously it doesn't say that in the terms & conditions so a Moderator has banned someone who did nothing whatsoever which can therefore cost the moderators job UNLESS it does say it in the terms and conditions?
