Could have been sleep paralysis, like when you wake up and you can't move, it's like where you brain wakes up but the bodily paralysis is still occurring. So like your aware of your surroundings but unable to move =S

I once had a dream I was laying in bed and could hear someone walking up he stairs then my bedroom door flew open and a big scary man in a black hooded cape came in. He then walked over to me and his hadns came out of the cape they were like really pale white almost blue. Then he put them on my shoulders and held me down no matter ho much I struggled.

When I woke up I could still feel him holding me down and I still couldn't get up so I screamed for my mum and as soon as she came in and put the light on it stopped ... spooky eh?

What caused this?

lol i'm guessing (since dreams are always metaphors) that it means you felt someone was holding you down mentally
