to be honest, you dont need to revise all day everyday, afterall these exams mean nothingto you, there are basically just to give the teachers an idea of what aspects of each subjects need to be looked at closer in class. i got pretty crappy marks in my mocks, then went on to get mainy A's B's and C's in my proper GCSE exams last year.

Actually GCSE Mocks are the Grades Colleges you have applied for look at, because this is the only thing that they can base it on. Its very important, because if you don't get the grade expected, Colleges wont think you are all that x)

I'm not syaing to anyone that they should revise all day every day after the above comment, but good 30 minute blocks of revision every 2 hours wouldn't go astray

thats a lie, they go on your GCSE'S not mock's. When you apply they dont ask for your mock GCSE grades only your GCSE's.

    Well my town does that.!

    no, he/she speaks the truth

you apply for college in december, and you put on your target/predicted grades, as they are always roughly what you get

& your mocks are important as if you was ill for all of the gcses or something, they would take your MOCK RESULTS

i believe most schools do this, as most schools use the most common exam boards eg. OCR, edexcel, etc.

I'm in year 9 so i dont know how frustrating they are but when I do my yr9 SATS . Im gonna change my desktop to a revision theme like the background has a different topic on each day so then when I close windows like habbox ill have a quick look.

Im also going to stick notes on my fridge and door so i can have a peek.

You could ask a parent to remember a peice of info and every morning you have to say it to them and if its write then thats good and if its not then they can tell you (it's stupid i know)
    EG.

    Thurday Night:
Kid: Mum remember that the peridoic symbol of magnesium is: Mg
    Mum: OK

    Friday Morning:
Mum: So Son whats the symbol for magnesium?
    Kid: Ms?
    Mum : No Mg

I'm only in YR9 but when my SATS come Ill find a way.

But you could go on paint and make a spider gram and then setit as your background for the day then everytime you close a program down you could see like MG = Magnesium, then change it each day,

    Sorry if its dumb/
