It's great, glad to see you took my advice,
but add a burnt out car, some more grafiti, smashed windows, so it looks trashed,, i wouldn't have the tennis courts, (if this is the poor area) unless the courts are trashed eg. net ripped. Secondly, add a shop, an offlicence, grafiti it, etc,
Then it'll be da bomb !
