Mysql will be used, of course,it will be protected against MySQL Injections, i know ajax javascript php and thats about it. but thats irrelivant.

Well it isn't irrelivant, if you no Ajax you could include that into some of your scripts to save a load of loading time.
Or you could use a PHP nav.

Jamie hasn't got a clue i haven't spoken to him about anything yet. I hope to start tonight or tommorrow on the panel and in next mideweek on uploader, I hope it to be finished in a couple of weeks, The upload script will be open source to an extent, the basic code will be released, but the extra features that are hard to code will not be added.
