Exactly lol. Once this guy was selling me my template back after he coded it.
The dude encrypted it and i managed to unecrypt it. Put it on my site. But then i decided to pay him anyway becaue im honest lol

But I doubt Adam copyrighted it properly, so no, not sued. Copyrighting something doesn't involve "Copyright © person year", or whatever format they use.

Actually yes it is

Under UK copyright protection laws anything that can be claimed as copyright ,eg. a template, is copyrighted to the author and using the "Copyright © person year" is just a way of displaying the copyright

Also copyright is free but you may be thinking of "patenting".

I know what I can and cannot do and how to deal with a situation of breaching copyright.
