As the third line is the license key, also import the sql files into PHPmyAdmin and it'll create the tables.

What you just did was illegal, you nulled the script. I own PHPLock, but personally I think that the script was not very well protected cause the check part of it was open for editing

Doing that like totally removes the license key check.
