OH usersystem problems! Help!

Yes that's done, I double checked just then.
Edit: they are all: cowly1a_Cowly

cowly1a being the actual acces username and cowly the other username

Make it so its like:

HOST: localhost
USER: cowly1a_Cowly
DATABASE: cowly1a_Cowly
PASSWORD: the pass to the database

Ok, It works now... I tryed admin as the username and changeme as the pass but it doesn't work, how do I find the admins username and password now?

mySQL databases go to bottom go on phpmyadmin find system or w/e database is called and look for users
