When my Auntie and Uncle moved to New Zealand (From England) they hired this big crate thing that they can put all their stuff in and they paid for it to be sent to their house in New Zealand when they moved. Better than any suitcase because you can put your whole house in it :8 Although you do get it a month later and not straight away.
