About time in my opinion

I walked through my town the other day, and I must have seen at least 5 under ten year olds smoking, they really don't realise the damage they're doing to themselves

Will do more harm than good. Look at U.S. prohibition in the 1920's and 30's [Link]. Drinking didnt stop, but there was underground and illegal businesses and it caused more problems.
