This is sort of like what I posted about the hobba age but I'll post it again :p

Your combat level doesn't determine your knowledge of the game. For most people it does, but I beg to differ. I once saw a level 69 killing goblins at goblin village still using the equipment he got from the tutorial! So think again when you think combat determines knowledge

You cant really classify a noob on runescape, I level 30 could be called a noob but a level 30 to a level 10 is the same as I am (level 73) to a level 60 theres a big gap, a level 125 could call a level 110 a noob! You cant really give an EXACT noob level.

you actually determine a noob by their total lvl not combat, cos some experianced players just craft.

I think a noob is lvl 20 and below, but you probly wont know all the ropes till lvl 65.
But remember, some people dont bother with combat and only focus on other skills, what really counts would be your total lvl (all lvls added up).

But to be honest, you have to be a pretty big loser if you dont do any combat??? you cant do quests that involve killing (which is most of them) and quests rule!
