If you're 13, I really think you're too young to be worrying about your weight and stuff, and keeping to a strict diet... Just keep healthy!

i just think that, you're young so you have better things to worry about than what you look like... how fat you are etc... if you are functioning more or less normally, great... if there's problems and you need a diet and stuff, you'll be refered to a dietician.

Okay, it's been a while since I posted on here.
Seems like since I reccomended the 6 Second Abs it's been a hot topic. Right, picking bits out.
You DONT have to exactly follow that diet plan, just that diet plan helps. But you need to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big. This is because you need to work out to turn that fat to muscle, and if you work out, after each meal, it's harder to burn the one big meal than the small, as you wont turn all of the big into muscle. I think you can understand that. Secondly whoever said it's not hard to get a 6 pack, you just need to loose the fat, would you say underweight kids who's abs are visible due to low fat, have 6 packs? No - it needs the muscle. Right, and oh yeah, responding to the actual topic, apparently working out at that age will effect growth, just dont overdo it and you'll be ok. Anything else, you can PM me.

Your too young, simple as. You burn lots of fat when your a teenager and at that age, you shouldn't even consider it. As long as your active, you'll stay in shape and thats as much as you can do for the time being.
You have to be very vareful when going on these protein shake diets too, if you don't know what your doing, you could seriously mess your bod up.

Worry about this sort of stuff when your 16.

I agree! Your P.E. lessons should be alright, and for food, Jamie Oliverfied school dinner will be fine.
