why post a comment if it is wrong? i could ask you similar questions and you would just give me ur usual childish remarks its called getting staff genius a forum isnt run without staff and we cant pick staff unless we have an active community to choose the best people from :rolleyes:

maybe u just dont know how to comprehend? you need a test environment with people to choose. how do you pick staff out of people who you dont know the way they act with or around others? :rolleyes:

Maybe you should do your own way in puting sections on the forum, and adding your own description.
I woulden't open a forum without a skin, but i guess your all geting it 'planned' out in the staff forums.

Netik is just telling you some facts about your forum and he is telling you a way to improve your forum.

And @ Xeoro you don't have to go in full detail all the time, if ssricky doesn't want you to comment on his forum just don't, just join and thats that.

well why do you hire a staff of people you dont know? you need to see how they act around others and how they contribute to the forum before you add them to your team you dont just say to some random guy here you your vip manager and put him in charge of the money :rolleyes:

still doesnt demonstrate trust in the community gotta build a sense of community before you can see who stands out of the crowd

how do you know we dont have this planned you dont so before you know the facts of the forum you should seriously learn to shut up and stop commenting without finding out the facts behind the forum if you looked in out staff only forums you would see we have had plans for the past couple months but no one is doing it which isnt my problem so just stop posting your comments its obvious your just trying to get me to retaliate with something which wont happen :rolleyes:
