Just Some Clarification On "SilverBans"

As Silver Hobbas Have Not Yet Proved Themselves Enough To Get The Power To Ban, Certain Hobbas Have Been Assigned The Task Of Keeping In Touch With Silvers And Making All The Bans The Silvers Need. Basically, If A Silver Finds A Person They Need To Ban Like A Scammer Or A Flooder, The Person Assigned To Them Will Do The Ban For Them. They Are Called SilverBans Because They Do Bans For The Silvers Hence The Name SilverBans. Elki Has It In His Console Mission But Its Probably Not A Required Thing, I'm Assuming He Did It Out Of Choice.
