    ye it does have shadowing, or it wouldnt look as good as the furni looks

    inside outlines need to be a lighter colour then the inside colours, not a darker colour, the handles (or w/e) and drawers need shadows and highlights to make them look more 3D, and it needs a wood grain, it looks like cardboard.
    You should spend more time on things, instead of making about 5 different things that take about 5 minutes.
