Here's most of the age limits for United Kingdom citizens:

    - Ears; Any age
    - Facial; 14-15 (with parents) 16+ (without)
    - Body; 14-15 (with parents) 16+ (without)
    *Driving
    - Lessons; 17+
    - Legally; 18+
    *Cinema's/Movies
    - U; Everyone
    - PG; Under 5 must be with adult
    - 12; 12+
    - 12A; 12+ or must be with adult
    - 15; 15+ or must be 13-14 with adult
    - 18; 18+
    - R18; Must be at least 21
    *Tattoo's
    - Legally; 18+ (or can be with an adult at 16+)
    *Smoking
    - Buying; 16+
    - Smoking; 13+
    *Drinking
    - Buying; 18+ (some shops 21+)

If I have made any errors, you may correct them, I have checked through and I'm sure they are all right.

There's actually no law on the age of piercing in the UK, but most piercing parlours won't pierce you under 16 without parental consent for insurance/responsibility reasons.

@above: there's no legal age for smoking, only for the purchase of tobacco and tobacco-related products, and you can drive at 17 if you've passed your test.
