Desert treasure gives def xp? :s
Um on Monkey Madness you can do it but don't talk to the guy at the end and you won't get the def xp training :].
You should consider what prayer lvl you are going to have. Whether you want 31 - str prayer, 43 - protection prayers, 52 - smite.
The rest is up to you really :]

never knew that not many people actually do i have seen lvl 100+ pures using rune scimmy beacuse they dont know about that lol hahahha
