Yeah, if you recieve the badge you also recieve the powers (kick, mute, softban, softkick) but can't ban anyone for longer than 2 hours I believe, that has to be done via Housekeeping.. My guess is there accounts were deleted long time ago.

hmmm, look at other hobbas if you find another 1 with their badge and find out when they will last on i would say its to do with not logging in.
