what is fetch gretchen?

If your Using cpanel start at
forum> templates > subSilver > images
Find your banner make sure that it is .gif and rename it to logo_phpBB
Now Upload the image and make sure you tick the button saying...
Overwrite existing files
There you Go! One Banner! x)
