Hes f2p, No druidsn in f2p. Hill giants are in edgeville dungeon, But if your new to the game im not sure how well you'll be able to fight them.

you have lots of questions, i think you should use google, just type "runescape hill giants" and 14million pages will come up telling you where they are. same for the rest of your questions and future questions

hill giants are in edgeville dungen, also some wizards in wizards tower drop 1 or 2. wizards tower is south-west of lumbridge
