Yeah your IP does need to be static for that. Which is why they usually machine ban you, ID ban you, AND IP ban you in the case of something bad.

LordZero i have been working for years on make my own Habbo Hotel... I plan to do the Venezuela one but still need some adjustments and to talk with sulake aout the permisions and stuff... I got all this "BS" from my personal experience on this server technology

Vzla Hotel havnt come out cuz i cant run it online but i can run it local when ever i want. As i said, still need the permissions... in worst of the cases i can tell my graphic support to make one different to habbo one and change it's name... Ill post when it is done.
