A chav is someone who causes disruption to there own street or others streets. They hang about streets, being loud and having gang fights.
It's not a style they have, goths have individual styles, neds have become to popular, practically everyone wears trackies, neds(chavs) are known as fighters and drinkers/druggys/smokers where i live!

Chavs in my opinion .... people who do not get enough attention from others,and so they want to show off to everyone else, ganging up and fighting so people fear them. Causing disruption to earn a reputationa and to get some attention , even if its in a bad way, it pleases them.
