Stupid rule!

Well I sent 8Freak8, smiddy and sierk a big list of the rules they broke, wanna see it?
I get banned for saying to Ostinato "stop acting like a lil child"
And he calls me a Idiot ... Admins get away with anything they like.

If you have private messaged them, I am sure it will be dealt with appropriately. Firstly, the General Managers and sierk are obviously very busy so they have a lot to look over as well as your complaint, so you can't expect an instantaneous reply.
Secondly, you can't know for sure that nothing is being done - because you don't have the luxury to see all of the private messages exchanged between the General Managers and individuals you have made the accusations against.

Actually they have looked at it and replied. And they told me nothing will be done because apparently there isnt enough proof? Look at my damn PMs! Look at the 2 threads in the Unacceptable forums where he called me a idiot aswell.

I'm not making any accusations but Moderators are told that they must always be incredibly polite to everyone even if they are incredibly rude. I can only assume the same applies to Administrators.

If they say there isn't enough proof then that must be the case. I can't comment any further on that because obviously I can't see the private messages neither can I see the Unacceptable Forum and therefore the threads. I am pretty confident that if there was enough evidence something would have been done though.

Of course they do! They keep everything running smoothly and make sure the Forum doesn't fall apart.

Ostinato has resigned now anyway, so surely you have what you want?

As a Administrator, he wasnt meant to reply to rude PMs or threads, but he did. If you saw the reply he gave in a thread, you would see he was more rude (people who saw the thread agree)

Over the last few weeks, I have seen Ostinato break alot of forum rules.

He banned me while I was staff - which I think isnt allowed as only my manager/AGM/GM/sierk can do this.

I voiced my opinion about him, and he didnt like it therefore he banned me. I dont think it says in the forum rules that its not allowed to voice your opinion.

He didnt leave a ban evidence in the ban report, what does this tell you? He is lazy. He is a admin who should be setting an example to the super mods.

He sent me 6 private messages, out of which one of them said "please do not send me any more pms or I will caution you". I replied to his first 5 PMs, and then read the 6th one. For this he perm banned me.

The ban reason says he asked me many times not to send him PMs - he only asked me once.
So according to this ... I can send someone 200 private messages and in one of them write "do not reply", and I can get that person banned?

Ostinato called me a idiot, so he should be banned. (I can proove this as I have it in PM)

In the last 5 days, he has increased his rep using admincp - which I believe isnt allowed? You can check this in Admin Logs.

Rude towards me, calling me sad and a idiot. He said "I find it sad you were online on xmas day" - I dont think he realises there are different religions and people with different beliefs who dont celebrate christmas. He also said "You are a idiot, look up the meaning of harrasment". I think he should look up the meaning as he said "If you send me PMs no matter what they say, its harrasment"

Smod guide says dont reply to unacceptable threads. He replied to mine and flamed me. Later when I prooved him wrong, a admin moved the thread to the "Unacceptables forum". Smods/Admins/AGM/GMs saw that thread and they didnt move it, even Ostinato replied. Why is it when I prooved Ostinato wrong that the thread was moved?

He resigned when he wasnt promoted to Forum Manager. He said it was unfair as he was next in line. When he got promoted to Super Moderator, there were already 3 other smods. He got promoted to Admin before them, why did he say "Oh, I don't think its fair that I got promoted before them". He refused to work as MAD's assistant, this shows how great teamworker he is.
This was about a month ago!

After 8Freak8 unbanned me, I sent Ostinato a PM apologising and asking if we can be friends - he didnt reply. So I think this means he doesn't accept my apology and doesnt wish to be friends - great AFM you have here!!

Above are just a few of the rules he has broken.

Btw a note to mods/smods/admin - posting that Pm isnt against the rule as I am posting what I sent them - not their reply back (legoman get that in your head and reverse my infraction please)
