Blue dragons are 111, you only need to run past, they won't kill you instantly. Baby blues are like 60, they're easy to kill though and don't breathe fire so you're not in danger if one attacks you.

Go south from the bridge where the scorpions are past the Hill Giants into the bit where the Black Knights are, go south through the first room and then in the second room, head east to the jail cells. Kill the jails guard and get the jail jey, and use it to get into the cell with the explorer in. Ask him one of the two options he gives you, and one of them will make him give you a dusty key. The go back up north to the poison scorpions, cross the bridge, go north to the lessers demons, and use the dusty key on the door to blue dragons.
