if u go to the habbo home page and click design t - shirt i think they have sub domain. erase habbo and go to the website ( nt sure wat it called )
If you create an account ur customers can design theire own t-shirts, pay for them, u get profit and the company u signed up with does the t-shirts

Why would they want to pay £10 odd for a shirt that shrinks in the washing machine?

I advise selling on eBay and Amazon. ;]

    http://wholesale.ebay.co.uk/

Look for a large amount of QUALITY stock for a small price. Look for a niche in the market, and sacherise it via eBay with some great advertising.

Make your own t-shirts, find funny quotes to put on them, and then sell
    them.

-> Do something your interested in / can make good profit on
-> Look into it: Look at the market, what you buy them can buy it/them for, what you can sell it for (undercutting the other people in the market)
-> Phone up manufacturers / wholesalers and go into wholesalers. Ask for samples/previews. Remember when buying directly from manufactures, once they are delivered you get 30 days before you pay. When I started up my company: before I had come to pay after the 30 days, I had gone into profits so could pay for it without going into my own pocket.
-> Look into couriers: Cheapest for the weight of items
-> Order in stock: Make sure you have a nice warm / dry place to store the items. Maybe think about buying some storage if buying in bulk.

Try not to buy in bulk from wholesalers, try to go to the manufacture and cut out the middle man. Good luck with it.
