It's called premature ejaculation. Your body releases small amounts of sperm before final ejaculation when a male is aroused. However, this contains very little sperm indeed, and therefore there are very, very slight chances of becoming pregnant from it. With the addition of appropiate contraception methods, it's pretty much unlikely.
