A kid at my school has that syndrome. He's freakishly good at maths and art but awful at everything else. (He can't spell simple words)

Get the parents to kick up a fuss with the headmaster, use the local papers to make the school look bad... umm get anyone who you know who is solid to shake them up a bit like an older brother or something... or you could just fight back bullies are put off by people who fight back because bullies are usually just ****y.

i recommend punch the ****iest one then rest wont say anything. but if he hits you back at just fight him and if you loose at least you tried. and whats the worst that can happen? a black eye or broken nose?
