Usually when you apply for a job such as Forum Moderator you need about 1 month plus experience, the more the better.

Other jobs such as News Reporters you don't need experience on the Forum just things like getting news, posting it ect.

I would of thought u had to be quite trusted to become a news reporter coz u get access to posting news on the home page.

Nope, but you get a two-week trial. If you fail that, by breaching trust or whatever, the job goes too
