Once you have em, you have em for life, you'll still have em when your old and grey, thats the problem with them "/ (they dont fully go away, the cause is capable of hideing from your immune system and hence can resurface later )

I don't. But some people just have the virus in their system, which surfaces every so often. But yeah, you can catch them from kissing someone with a coldsore. It's the herpes virus if I remember rightly.
