What's the point in that? Unless they came with music already on them then how are you gonner get music/videos onto the iPod before you get on the plane? Most airport computers don't allow downloads e.t.c and you can only play the crappy games iPods have on them for so long...

They're probably there for people to buy as gifts or something.

Just because they have a vending machine with iPods in, doesnt mean Apple are desperate to sell?
Its a great marketing stratergy - people get bored on planes, so sell them something that makes the journey less boring. (With music, videos and whatever else).

u may have a laptop with you? My mate moved from london to LA and on the whole journey she was talking to me on her laptop.
