Here are what I use to make my layouts.
- Microsoft Frontpage 5.0
- Macromedia Dreamweaver
- Macromedia Flash MX
- Macromedia Fireworks
- Adobe Photoshop CS 8 or Adobe 7.0
- Notepad
- Paint
Andthat's about it. But those programs all cost lots of money but in the end they're all worth it if you know what you're doing hee hee
