healthy diet is best, atm your metabolism is good which means the food doesnt turn to fat, however this will change as you get older. I guarantee you will turn into a big fat slob if you dont change your diet.

OMG, vegetables and fruits are the best thing you can have (be sept sprouts) I always love a roast dinner. My favourite dinner of the week has got to be it. Sometimes it can be your nature. Nature is what you are (e.g. Cancer) some natures have different gifts. I'm a cancer and eat quite alot and I'm not fat
