Grades are important. GCSEs aren't marked on effort and homework. Well, except languages
But if you're still at school then obviously you can't be in control of a 'successful' business. Especially when you can't spell the word successful

I was implying that getting grades was the main reason we go to school as that is one of the sole purposes of going, not that if you do not get any GCSEs you will fail miserably in life & I hardly doubt you built up this buisness you are talking or own it at a matter of fact, most likely your parent(s) which if I remembered are not you. it wasnt that long ago you could, but back then grades were no where near as important as they are now, back then they just ment you could start off higher up, instead of having to work you way up from the bottom. now you need them just to get your foot in the door of most career paths. So id say they are pretty important unless you want to end up working you way up the career ladder to manager of a Macdonald's drive through... Originally Posted by Dan2nd
