    I have an appointment to see the Doctor at 10 past 4 today and I dunno what to say.

    Hi, is there anything you are able to do with these moles, they make me feel self consious, and i was wondering if there is any kind of surgery or way to make them less noticeable

    Yeah, you can have them removered via a laser or a different method, I think.
    I'm going to aks if I can have it done today.
    I feel self conscious too.
