    Use black for fast tokens, use higher lvls if you want to train and get tokens.

    I've used 250 tokens, no bronze defender still. WOWZERS! I even got a level for str while killing cyclops lol

    I've just got a herblore level from identifying herbs. -.- Still no bronze defender.
